Our Performance Squad's First Ever Live Event at the Cancer Society Relay For Life!
We are beyond proud to share the incredible experience our Performance Squad had at the Cancer Society Relay For Life 2025 in Hamilton at the Waikato University! This was a milestone moment for our studio as it marked the first ever performance of our talented squad. What a performance it was!
The event was a massive success, raising an impressive $230K in funds for the Cancer Society.
The energy in the air was electric, and we couldn't be more thrilled to be part of such a meaningful cause. Our Performance Squad took to the stage with grace, dedication, and enthusiasm, putting on a truly beautiful routine that left everyone in awe.
They looked absolutely incredible—dressed to impress and radiating confidence! Not only did they perform with skill and passion, but they also embodied professionalism and teamwork in every move. We couldn’t have asked for a better debut performance from these young stars.
Our squad performed alongside some fantastic acts, including Jess and Jay (who were also on stage performing with their usual juggling, hooping and handstanding flair!), The Hoop Troop, and our talented Bedtime Stories performers. The crowds were lively, showing amazing support for everyone involved, and the feedback we received from the event organisers was absolutely glowing!
The best part? Our squad’s behavior and teamwork were exceptional—each member supported one another, creating a warm and encouraging atmosphere that shone through both off and on stage. They truly did our studio proud!
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank everyone who made this day possible, from the performers to the volunteers, parents, choreographers and the audience who cheered us on. Here’s to many more performances like this one, and to watching our squad continue to grow and shine! 💫
